Beautiful vintage Royal Winton Grimwades serving bowl with matching shell-shaped spoon, made in England.

Designed in the form of a seashell, the footed bowl features deeply fluted detailing, an iridescent pearl lustre glaze and delicate gold trim around the edge. The matching spoon continues the coastal design with a shell-shaped bowl and sculptural handle.

The underside carries the Royal Winton / Grimwades / Made in England backstamp. Royal Winton produced a variety of lustreware shell pieces during the mid-20th century, with comparable examples commonly dated to the 1950s.
