Please note that our items are preloved and vintage, which means they may show signs of wear consistent with their age. These pieces are perfectly imperfect, unless otherwise stated (e.g., "This piece is in pristine condition").

We carefully curate and source high-quality items, and any wear we consider to be beyond normal vintage condition will be clearly disclosed in the item's description.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We take great care in packaging and securing your items for shipment. However, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, we are only able to offer store credit as compensation.
