A striking hand-carved natural onyx lion, beautifully substantial and exceptionally heavy for its size. Carved from creamy white stone with natural warm caramel and honey-toned veining running through the body.

The lion features a dramatic open mouth, sculpted mane and strong stance. At approximately 12” × 8”, it has a wonderful presence and works beautifully as a statement piece on a console, bookshelf, coffee table or mantel.

The significant weight and natural variations in the stone give it the feel of a true decorative stone sculpture rather than a lightweight ornament.
